Commentary | In the foreground, don Quixote, Sancho and Rocinante lie on the ground beaten by the yangüeses (who have already left); in the background, Sancho's donkey safe and sound.
It has not been represented the previous fight, but its consequence. Liking for scenes without many characters. Sancho's aching gesture is remarkable. Drawing and engraving are very good. |
