Commentary Well-known scene; Micomicona (Dorotea disguised here as a comedy actress) kneels down before don Quixote (unusually sat on some rocks). Sancho's figure is totally a parody; he scratches his head with gesture of not understanding. The barber, disguised as Micomicona's squire, is quite lugubrious.
Don Quixote's figure looks young; he looks like a "don Juan".
Not much detailed landscape.
