Commentary | After singing a song for Altisidora (notice the lute, more like a guitar), don Quixote is attacked by cats (put into the room by the Duchess' maidens using a rope with bells).
The Duke and Duchess enter the room and discover don Quixote fighting against the cats with his sword. Drawing and engraving done to look archaic and clumsy. |
