Commentary After singing a song for Altisidora (notice the lute, more like a guitar), don Quixote is attacked by cats (put into the room by the Duchess' maidens using a rope with bells).
The Duke and Duchess enter the room and discover don Quixote fighting against the cats with his sword.
Drawing and engraving done to look archaic and clumsy.
Notes 1 – Copied after the illustration for Barcelona: Juan Jolis, 1755 (and 1762), copied after Madrid: Antonio Sanz, 1735.
