Commentary | After Sancho's departure, don Quixote remains alone in the palace and is accosted by Altisidora and Emerencia.
Accurate to Cervantes' text, Altisidora is playing the harp in the garden, while don Quixote (with serious face) hears her song through the bars of the window. Quite acceptable engraving as a whole. |
