Commentary | After releasing a group of galley slaves (and Ginés de Pasamonte), don Quixote orders them to go to El Toboso to prostrate before Dulcinea; Sancho observes the scene.
In the background, the soldiers running away. Good drawing; remarkable variety of gestures and figures for the galley slaves; notice that one of them is already picking up a pebble to stone don Quixote. |
