| Commentary | Don Quixote and Sancho in a boat in river Ebro, leaving Rocinante and the donkey on the bank.
Scene resolved with certain originality; Wald has not represented the well-known moment when the boat approaches the mill. Remarkable contrast between both figures; don Quixote standing and thoughtful, and Sancho sat and upset. |
