	Commentary	Reproduction of original Don Quixote 1605 princeps edition title page with Juan de la Cuesta's emblem. Juan de la Cuesta's emblem (taken from Pedro de Madrigal) as appeared in 1605 and 1615 princeps editions. The emblem presents a lion asleep and a hawk surrounded by the quotation "Post tenebras spero lucem" (After darkness I hope for light); this Latin dictum appears in Job Book: XVII, 12 and don Quixote uses it in chapter 68, part II.
