Commentary | Sancho doubts between helping don Quixote, fallen from Rocinante to the ground, or following his donkey, stolen by a bojiganga.
In the right foreground, witnessing the scene, the actors of Angulo el Malo's company, all disguised to perform Las Cortes de la Muerte (Devil, Death, Angel, Cupid, Knight, Emperor and Queen). Good setting, well-resolved figures and good coloring. |
