Commentary | When don Quixote tries to enter into Montesinos' cave, a flock of birds surprises him, falling on the ground; also Sancho and the bachelor's cousin.
Well-known scene since Savery (Dordrecht: Savery, 1657). Don Quixote's figure is quite remarkable. Good drawing and detailed engraving. |
