Commentary The innkeeper's wife, her daughter and Maritornes pretend to be afflicted when don Quixote leaves the inn "enchanted" into a cage on an oxcart.
Also in the scene, Sancho, the priest, the officers of the Holy Brotherhood, the innkeeper and the carter.
Quite remarkable illustration; good figures (not the oxen, too small), composition and setting.
One of the best illustrations by Seriñá in this edition.
Notes 1 - Photo-chromolithography; the shading is reproduced by process and the colors by chromolithography.
