Commentary | In the foreground, don Quixote defeated by the Knight of the White Moon (Sansón Carrasco).
In the background, Sancho, don Antonio Moreno, the viceroy and others in Barcelona beach (galley and tower). This composition became canonical. Drawing and engraving are acceptable, but poor in details. |
