Commentary | Reference to the dialogue among don Quixote, Sansón Carrasco and Sancho; "que así acomete mi señor a cien hombres armados como un muchacho goloso a media docena de badeas" (4:2). |
Notes | 1 - "Badea" is a kind of melon, but what Johannot has represented are pears because Louis Viardot translated "badeas" as "poires" (pears).
