| Commentary | Don Quixote, knelt down, begs the innkeeper to knight him; the scene has been placed at the inn stable, accurate to Cervantes' text.
Notice the short burin lines to shade the figures with good quality; also the use of stipple for the faces (see the innkeeper). |
