Commentary | Don Quixote and Sancho observe the face of the Knight of the Mirrors, lying defeated on the ground, and they recognize him as the bachelor Sansón Carrasco.
In the background, the squire of the Knight of the Mirrors (Tomé Cecial disguised with a big fake nose). Excellent use of woodcut to create highly-effective white and black contrasts. Clean drawing and very expressive figures. |
