| Commentary | At don Quixote's library, the priest, barber and housekeeper reading one of the chivalry books while the niece throws one of them through the window.
Very detailed setting (books, sand-glass, arms...). Drawing and engraving are especially remarkable; good use of aquatint for shading and carefully-done coloring. Illustration quite picturesque. |
