Commentary | Don Quixote returns at home; the barber takes him from the oxcart.
On the left, the housekeeper and the niece wait for him, both crying. On the right, Sancho meets again with his wife. Bad plate; figures badly distributed and clumsily drawn (carter); forced gestures (women and boy) or absurd (priest). |
