Commentary | In the foreground, don Quixote on Rocinante ("DON QUICHOTE de la manch") and Sancho embracing his donkey ("sancho Panca"); don Quixote wears the barber basin on his head.
At each side, "AMADIS" and "ROLANDO", both as sculptures of Roman soldiers on pedestal. In the upper part, a medallion with Dulcinea's portrait ("DULCINEE"). Drawing and engraving are acceptable, but poor. |
