Commentary | Typified 18th century composition since Coypel (Paris: Surugue, 1724). Don Quixote and Sancho discover with astonishment that the Knight of the Mirrors looks like Sansón Carrasco. His squire, Tomé Cecial (his mask over the floor), declares to them who they are.
The illustration, as a whole, is acceptable, but movement is badly represented. |
