Commentary | Before the duel between don Quixote and the Knight of the Mirrors (Sansón Carrasco), Sancho, scared by the big nose of the Knight of the Mirrors' squire (Tomé Cecial), decides to climb onto a tree.
Scene with good composition and depth. Cruikshank's personal style is very remarkable; notice the use of quick, free and short etching lines. |
