Commentary | Don Quixote tries to fit the barber basin on his head, while Sancho saddles his donkey up with the conquered packsaddle.
In the background, the defeated barber running away. Accurate details in the background: fulling mills and rain. Carnicero is not a good painter of animals (Rocinante clumsily drawn). |
