| Commentary | The barber (?) seizes by the throat a figure that takes shape from don Quixote's mind; the barber appears as to shave that figure, with the basin placed under it, but the barber's gesture, armed with a dagger, not a razor, is threatening.
Aside, over Sancho's figure, a pair of fried eggs (reality). Suggestive scene in keeping with Dalí's style (Surrealism). |
