Commentary | Sancho explains to his wife that he can become a governor.
Very original illustration. Doré has resolved it with two different parts; first, the reality: Sancho, his wife, their children (one of them naked) and animals; then, the fantasy: in the sky, among clouds, Sancho as a governor. Good drawing and engraving. |
