Commentary | Don Fernando, Dorotea, Cardenio and Luscinda resolve their love affairs, and Sancho remains sad and weeping becuase he has discovered that Princess Micomicona is just Dorotea.
Doré has represented Sancho with a long nose, as if he was a liar, but he is not; Sancho has discovered a lie. |
