| Commentary | In Sierra Morena, don Quixote and Sancho find a portmanteau with a small book; don Quixote reads a sonnet written in it.
The setting is very remarkable; Doré traveled to Sierra Morena and made several sketches about it, using them for this illustration. Drawing and engraving are excellent. |
