Commentary | Don Quixote, mounted on Rocinante, asks Sancho about his embassy to El Toboso and Dulcinea; in the background, the priest, princess Micomicona (Dorotea) and the barber (Cardenio has not been represented, but he should also appear).
Good drawing and remarkable coloring; notice the dust from the road. Notice Sancho's expression, worried because he did not go to El Toboso and lied to don Quixote. |
