Commentary | From the whole episode, it has not been chosen don Quixote fighting or defeating the Knight of the Mirrors, but a previous and more tender scene. Don Quixote helps Sancho to climb on a tree because he is frightened of the big-nosed squire (Tomé Cecial disguised).
On the left, the Knight of the Mirrors (Sansón Carrasco) and his squire. Drawing and engraving are excellent. |
