Commentary | In El Toboso, don Quixote and Sancho find a laborer, to whom don Quixote asks if he knows where Dulcinea lives.
The main figure of the scene is this laborer, whipping on his mules (picturesque); he appears well-drawn and engraved in the foreground, while don Quixote and Sancho remain sketched in the background. |
