At an inn, don Quixote listening to what two men are talking about him in the adjoining room (don Juan and don Jerónimo talking about Avellaneda's book). Very remarkable figures, notice Sancho's expression and don Quixote's gesture; and good light and shadow effects too. Alpériz' drawing keeps the realistic/picturesque style used by José and Luis Jiménez Aranda for the first part. |
