Commentary | "Don Quixote dismounted to examine his wounds;...".
End of the adventure of the braying mayors. Don Quixote's figure lacks naturalism; Sancho's (after escaping from the squadron) is more remarkable, with acceptable expression. Cabrera's drawing tries to keep the realistic/picturesque style used by José and Luis Jiménez Aranda for the first part. |
