Commentary | The bandit Roque Guinart, on horseback, talking to don Quixote, who remains sad because he has been surprised disarmed.
Don Quixote points to his arms; "que si me hallaran sobre mi caballo con mi lanza y con mi escudo" (60:2). The bandits search into Sancho's saddlebag. Remarkable engraving. |
