Commentary | Governor Sancho orders the secretary(?) to break a walking stick with some coins hidden in it; on the right, the accused and the accuser.
Sancho's solemn figure is quite remarkable. Good drawing and engraving; notice the contrast among the well-detailed four figures in the foreground and the ones sketched in the background. |
