Commentary | In the Duke's palace, a procession of dueñas ready to pinch Sancho, wearing a capirote and a tunic, as part of Altisidora's mock death and resurrection.
Comical illustration; resolved with a caricature style; notice the ridiculous and forced gestures of the dueñas; "con antojos, y todas levantadas las manos derechas en alto" (69:2). Drawing and engraving are excellent. |
