| Commentary | At Juan Palomeque's inn, the priest and the barber disguise themselves with the help of the innkeeper's wife; the priest with woman clothes and the barber with a fake beard (ox tail).
Also in the scene the innkeeper's daughter and Maritornes. Scene resolved with great naturalism; notice the figure and gesture of the priest. Drawing and engraving are excellent. |
