Commentary | According to the first plan of the priest to rescue don Quixote, the barber and the priest disguise themselves; the barber with a beard made out of a red ox-tail and the priest with woman clothes; the innkeeper's wife helps them.
The scene is resolved with naturalism, not as a parody. |
