Commentary | Good composition with three groups of figures:
In the center, the carter takes don Quixote out of the cage. On the left, Sancho and his wife talking about the donkey. On the right, the barber, the priest, the housekeeper and the niece. Two children observe the scene. Quite acceptable engraving, but not remarkable. |

2 - Before this illustration, there were two other plates in 1797 edition: "Pendencia con el cabrero en que el valor de D. Quixote quedo menos ayroso que esperaba" and "Aventura de los disciplinantes"; they have not been included in 1804 edition. |
