Commentary | Accurate to Cervantes' text, Sancho reunites with his donkey and embraces it before leaving Barataria Island; from the stable door, the secretary, the steward, the majordomo and Pedro Recio observe him.
Tender scene; print of quality. The figure of the donkey is remarkable; it has been carefully engraved. |
