Commentary | At don Quixote's library, the priest and the barber examine don Quixote's chivalry books to decide which ones have to be burnt; the niece carries the books and the housekeeper throws them through the window.
It is very interesting the different kind of drawing/engraving used for each figure; the priest, the barber and the niece make a group perfectly drawn and engraved (with a perfect composition too); the housekeeper, in the background, and the setting are just sketched. |
