Don Quixote as Knight of the Lions (one lion appears beside him) holding a sword and a sun faced shield.
Behind him, on a semicircle wall, Dulcinea, as a peasant woman ("DVLCINEE DE TOBOSO"), and Sancho, as governor ("SANCHO PANCA GVBERNATOR").
Between them, a medallion with Merlin's portrait ("MERLIN").
Drawing and engraving are simple, but acceptable. |
