Commentary This scene alludes to what Sancho tells to the priest and the barber about how he had found don Quixote; "desnudo en camisa, flaco, amarillo y muerto de hambre, y suspirando por su señora Dulcinea; y [...] que estaba determinado de no parecer ante su fermosura hasta que hobiese hecho hazañas que le hiciesen digno de su gracia" (29:1).
Don Quixote and Sancho's figures are very realist; good portraits.
Don Quixote's image is more remarkable, with excellent drawing and engraving.
