Commentary | Small and charming vignette with the dance of the sheperdesses during Camacho's wedding (with a venerable old man, an ancient woman and a pipe player; it should be a Zamora bagpipe player) .
The figures of the shepherdesses are of great grace and delicacy, with good movements. Compare with the illustration by Coypel (Paris: Surugue, 1724 and others). |
