	Commentary	The scene has been resolved with the realism characteristic of a genre scene; the priest begins to read the novel of "The Ill-Advised Curiosity" before Dorotea, Cardenio, the barber, Sancho, the innkeeper, his wife and Maritornes. The variety of gestures is remarkable (see Dorotea).
